a caribou sculpture depicting the nimble speedy caribou of the north. These creatures I have witnessed on my outdoor expeditions. They can be in one place disappear behind a boulder then show up half a mile away somehow intermittently undetectable. I had a lot of fun making this sculpture out of walnut and spruce.

water color and polyurethane coated. Caribou has charcoal burn and fiber brushed finished.
