The Alaskan Brown bears and Grizzlies are a spectacle in the wild. I do my best to capture their natural expression out of the old growth spruce. Pleasing look to the eyes on these bears comes from the Roman eye method to catch light and lens flare. This ads a humanized appeal to the face features on this bear. Coming home to this sculpture takes some stress off the day. A reminder of prosperity.
